FocusFlow Privacy Policy

Effective 29 October 2026 · App: FocusFlow (vasithwam.focus) · Developer: Vasithwam

Summary

Your plans stay on your phone. FocusFlow does not have accounts and does not upload your tasks, steps or routines to our servers. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data as described below.

Data stored on your device

Blocks, steps, routines, timer state and settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them. Android may include this data in your own Google device backup if you have backups turned on.

"Break it down" AI

On supported phones, task breakdowns are generated by Google's on-device Gemini Nano model; the task text does not leave your phone. On other phones the app uses built-in templates. If a future version offers cloud AI, the task title and duration will be sent to Google's Gemini service only to generate steps, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and ad interactions to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice any time under ⋮ → Privacy settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
