This Privacy Policy explains how GPS Camera & Document Organizer (“the App”) handles information when you use its camera, GPS stamping, document scanning, folder management, PDF/image export, advertising, and optional cloud-backup features.

1. Information the App Handles

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, the App may handle:

Location is not required for ordinary document organization or features that do not use GPS. If location permission is denied, GPS stamping may be unavailable or have incomplete location details.

2. How Information Is Used

3. Local Storage and Original Files

The App is designed to support local use without requiring an account. Photos, scans, and documents may be stored on your device in locations used or selected by the App. The App is designed to keep original photos separate from stamped or processed copies so applying a stamp does not intentionally overwrite the original.

Exported or shared files may contain visible information or embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates and timestamps. Review files before sharing. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may remove locally stored information; exported copies saved elsewhere may remain.

4. Permissions

You can manage permissions in Android Settings. Features that need a denied permission may not work.

5. Google Drive Backup, Restore, and Sync

Google Drive integration, if available, is optional. You do not need to sign in with Google to use the App’s normal offline features. Google authorization is requested only when you choose a Drive-related feature.

When you initiate backup or sync, selected files or app data may be transferred to your Google Drive account. Restore retrieves selected backed-up data. Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply. You can revoke the App’s access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not necessarily delete files already stored in Drive; delete those files from Drive separately if desired.

6. Advertising

The App may be supported by advertising, including Google AdMob, if included in the released version. Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, and approximate location inferred from network information, subject to their policies and applicable consent requirements.

Advertisements are intended to be non-intrusive and should not interrupt core actions such as taking a photo, scanning a document, creating a PDF, printing, or sharing. Ad availability and personalization may depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the services integrated into the App.

See Google Privacy Policy and, where applicable, How Google uses information from apps or sites that use its services.

7. Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App does not publish your files publicly by itself. When you choose Android sharing, printing, or export, selected content is provided to the destination app, printer service, or recipient you choose. That recipient’s privacy practices then apply.

Third-party services actually included in the released App—such as advertising, crash reporting, maps/geocoding, or cloud backup—may process information needed to provide their services. Review their current policies. Do not list services here unless they are integrated into your published build.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored content is generally retained until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, subject to Android storage behavior and any copies you exported. The App does not control copies shared with other apps or saved to third-party storage.

Files in Google Drive may remain until deleted from Drive. Advertising or diagnostic providers may retain technical records under their own retention policies.

9. Security

The App should use appropriate safeguards for the information it handles. Device security, Android permissions, and any encryption or app-lock features enabled in your version can help protect local content. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Use a device screen lock, keep Android updated, and take care when exporting or sharing documents containing personal or location information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to a third-party service through the App, contact the developer using the details below. Requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the services used.

11. Your Choices

12. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated when App features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised effective date. Check this page periodically.
